This study aims to analyze the patterns of forced displacement in Libya and its impact on human security during the period (2011- 025). The research employs a Content Analysis methodology, examining reports issued by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), alongside national reports. The study population encompasses Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) within major conflict and displacement hubs, specifically (Tripoli, Benghazi, Tawergha, and Derna). The findings indicate that current mitigation policies lack a sustainable strategic dimension aligned with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Accordingly, the study recommends an urgent transition from immediate relief interventions to a comprehensive policy-based empowerment framework.
